Old lady crossed cables and tried to start her car . She put the cables to the correct posts and then the car started but when she got on the road it stalled out. She replaced bat but still could not leep it running. I found 100 v main alt fuse and acc fuse blown , replaced but car will run but at low rpm will stall . I ran obd2 and found p1751 code and freeze for a/t control malfunction

Sounds like you lucked out usually crossing cables can cause all kinds of problems but the fuses did there job and blew. I would have it scanned and erase all codes and reset to original parameters. If this does not cure the problem after driving for a few days till the PCM starts seeing readings it likes then I would check the IAC. There is a quick set procedure for this idle problem with the engine up to temp shut off a major vacuum supply 3-5 time in a minute for a couple minutes. Then turn the key on and off several times this sometimes works.
