Hi: I have a 1990 Nissan 240sx. When I crank the engine, it starts but I have to press the gas pedal to keep it idle. If I release, it dies, even cold or hot engine, and the idle seems very low. Please help, thanks.

At the rear of the engine right in the middle there is a cap remove this cap and clean it out. Sea Foam works the best. Still a problem check the large hose from the air cleaner to the throttle body. Also check for a vacuum leak. Still a problem get back to me. Low idle on these can be a problem and difficult to resolve.
