Where is the Serpetine belt tensioner located on a 2001 Mitsubishi 2.4L ?

The center pulley is the tensioner you have to lossen the center bolt on the pulley then adjust the tension with the bolt that is on the front of the engine directly in line with the pulley. Sorry for some reason I could not paste the picture if you need further help get back to me with the model
