I am getting an overload protection relay for the mercedes...I have heard that this may be part of the problem...on old mercedes; the wire leading to the solder cracks and needs to be welded...since I dont have a welding device I bought two ( incase 1 has the same problem cause they are used) for around 20 buck with shipping

ebay item 8051827266

check it out if you like

I am soon gonna buy a vaccum valve because I think that is a problem too.
Thanks,
Crew Cheif
Let me know what you think...

By the way whoever emailed my aol account before I didn't get it- deleted account...

Unfortunatly the overload had nothing to do with it...I am thinking it could be a vaccum hose? What are the symptoms?
How would I check?

I don't mean clogged...I mean unsealed....so the wd40 seals the line for a moment and it runs more normal...let me know if you understand now...

I understand I just dont think it would work to find a vacuum leak carefully spay carb (spray some in the Tbody first to make sure it will work)around all vacuum points and listen for an RPM change I said CAREFULLY

Well,
I am not really gonna worry about the Mercedes anymore...It has so much wrong with it....Muffler, Idle, Tranny, and its really loud...I have tryed to fix it...but the car only costed me 1800...Compared to what I have to fix I'd rather just live with it till' it dies...
I'll update you if I find the real problem.
-Alex

By the way your site won't let me put a pic of my car on here?
